1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the StartupFoundersIdea website, platform, tools, or services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying clients.

2. Description of Services

StartupFoundersIdea provides product planning, MVP strategy, and documentation services designed to help founders structure and prepare startup ideas for execution.

Our Services may include, but are not limited to:

• Idea validation and refinement
• Founder questionnaires and structured discovery flows
• Product Requirements Documents (PRDs)
• Technical architecture outlines
• MVP feature definitions
• Go-to-market strategy guidance
• Written documentation and planning deliverables

Important: StartupFoundersIdea does not provide software development, legal, financial advice, investment guarantees, or implementation services unless explicitly agreed to in writing.

3. No Guarantees or Outcomes

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Startup success is inherently uncertain
• Market performance, funding outcomes, and business success are outside our control

StartupFoundersIdea does not guarantee:

• Product-market fit
• Funding, revenue, or user growth
• Technical feasibility beyond documented assumptions
• Acceptance by investors, accelerators, or customers

All decisions made using our deliverables are your sole responsibility.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined at the time of purchase or in a separate written agreement.

Unless otherwise stated:

• A 50% deposit is required before work begins
• The remaining 50% balance is due upon delivery of final deliverables
• Payments are processed via approved payment providers
• All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise

Failure to complete payment may result in:

• Suspension of services
• Withholding of final deliverables
• Termination of access to the platform

5. Refund Policy

Due to the customized and intellectual nature of the Services:

• No refunds are available once work has started
• A full refund is available only if cancellation occurs before any work begins
• Partial refunds are not guaranteed and are granted solely at our discretion

6. Intellectual Property Ownership

Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for your project, including:

• Documentation
• Diagrams
• Written plans
• Custom materials

StartupFoundersIdea retains:

• Ownership of all pre-existing frameworks, templates, methodologies, tools, and processes
• The right to reuse generalized knowledge, non-identifiable insights, and anonymized case studies for marketing, educational, or internal purposes

You may not resell or redistribute our proprietary frameworks as standalone products.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all non-public information you provide as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except:

• With your explicit consent
• When required by law
• To trusted service providers under confidentiality obligations

You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account and materials.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use the Services for lawful purposes only
• Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or exploit the platform or its content
• Not represent our work as legal, financial, or investment advice

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

StartupFoundersIdea shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Development failures or third-party performance
• Decisions made based on provided documentation

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if:

• These Terms are violated
• Payment obligations are not met
• Misuse or abuse of the platform is detected

Termination does not entitle you to a refund for completed or in-progress work.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
